Job summary

Vermont State Colleges System is seeking a Workday Student Test Lead to direct testing strategy for the Workday Student SIS implementation across VSCS campuses. You will oversee tenant validation, UAT, regression, and production readiness while coordinating with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and other stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years leading ERP/testing initiatives, plus strong familiarity with Workday Student modules and test governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years leading ERP/testing initiatives.
• Experience developing enterprise testing strategies and QA processes.
• Experience coordinating testing with technical and functional stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of testing methodologies: tenant validation, UAT, E2E, regression.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities for the Workday Student implementation.
• Develop and refine enterprise testing strategy, governance, standards.
• Coordinate testing across multiple functional and technical teams.
• Monitor testing progress and report executive-ready status.
