Job summary

The Senior Associate Registrar for Student Systems Operations at Berklee College of Music provides functional leadership for the institute’s administrative software systems. You will lead a four-person team through the final phase of a Workday Student ERP implementation, directing data integration, testing, change management and ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years at the intersection of higher education student services and technology with managerial experience.
• Extensive experience with Student Information Systems (Colleague, PowerCampus, or Workday) and query writing (SQL/Unidata).
• Hands-on SIS implementations, testing, integrations, and change management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Student Systems Operations team, set goals, oversee documentation and best practices.
• Drive discovery, testing, data integration, and change management for Workday Student rollout and post-implementation use.
• Oversee system development, scheduling, integrations, and testing across Colleague, PowerCampus, Workday, Informer, and MS Access.
