Job summary

Berklee College of Music seeks a Workday Student Analyst to support Workday Student operations across campuses and online. You will collaborate with the registrar and academic affairs and drive reporting, dashboards, and configuration enhancements to enable Berklee's priorities.

The role requires 3+ years in higher education student operations and direct Workday Student experience, with strong data integration understanding and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant analysis experience in higher education operations.
• 3+ years experience or exposure to higher education student administrative operations.
• Direct experience with Workday Student is required.
• Strong understanding of data integrations and system architecture.
• Ability to map complex processes into diagrams and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday student-related requests, tickets, reporting, and enhancements.
• Maintain and configure Workday Student modules (Admissions, Records, Advising).
• Test changes, participate in change control, and coordinate testing strategies.
• Support production deployment, training, and validations.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and training materials.
• Collaborate across student-services teams to translate requirements into technical specs.
