The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Workday experience, strong skills in Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, and Extend development. You will support HR, finance, and IT stakeholders and contribute to cloud and data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of Workday technical experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday report writer with advanced/composite reports.
• Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
• Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
• Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
• Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.

Responsibilities

• Workday configuration and reporting development across HR, Finance and IT.
• Design and implement calculated fields and business processes.
• Support Workday integrations and tenant management tasks.
• Develop lightweight extensions using Workday Extend.
