Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Deep expertise in Workday report writer and advanced/composite reports.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex calculated fields, custom reports, and advanced reports using the Workday report writer.
• Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, and approval routing across HCM and Finance.
• Develop Workday Extend applications and PRISM analytics to extend platform capabilities.
• Build report-as-a-service integrations and support data export needs for downstream systems.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday configurations.
• Stay current with Workday releases and participate in design reviews and mentorship.
