Job summary

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities is seeking a State Program Admin Coordinator - Finance Revenue Coordinator to lead Workday Revenue activities for the Minnesota State system. This role partners with campus and system office teams to implement financial processes and reports.

You will manage deliverables, configure business processes, and support testing and data extracts for biannual Workday releases.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in Workday Finance or similar systems.
• Knowledge of key financial business functions in higher education.
• Knowledge of business process analysis, redesign, and process improvement methods.
• Ability to learn and understand new complex software systems.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on functional and technical project activities for the Workday Revenue module.
• Develop and review deliverables, design and policy decisions for the Workday module.
• Assist stakeholders in identifying and configuring business processes; suggest refinements.
• Provide user support in complex problem analysis and testing; develop reports with the report writer.
