Job summary

The Wistar Institute is seeking a remote Workday Reporting & Data Analyst in the Information Technology department. You will maximize Workday use across HR and Finance by building reports, dashboards, analytics, and data solutions, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, Grants, and IT to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in information systems, data analytics, or CS, with 2–4 years in enterprise reporting or analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in information systems, data analytics, computer science or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, reporting or analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Serve as a technical resource for Workday reporting and data analysis.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Develop calculated fields, prompts, data transformations, and reporting logic.
• Support ETL and data integration for reporting across HR and Finance.
