Progressive Leasing is seeking a Payroll and People Operations Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role supports payroll across the PROG Holdings family and ensures accurate, timely payroll processing for a dynamic workforce.

This position can be performed remotely within the United States, with a preference for Mountain or Central time zones. The team values collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement through automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is required.
• Knowledge of ADP SmartCompliance and payroll tax rules is needed.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule in Workday.
• Audit payroll results for accuracy and compliance.
• Support year-end activities such as W-2 and ACA reporting.
• Partner with HR on compensation changes and leave processing.
• Leverage AI tools to improve payroll workflows.
