The Principal Consultant at Cognizant bridges business and technical teams to solve complex Workday intersystem problems and guides clients through transformation, implementation, and operation of Workday HCM solutions.

They will become a Workday Learning, Recruiting and Talent expert, lead design sessions, configure and test integrations, and drive successful migrations across client environments with a focus on best practices and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/HRIS or related field.
• Workday HCM certification preferred.
• 2+ years of Workday implementation experience.

Responsabilités

• Bridge business and technical teams to solve Workday intersystem problems.
• Lead design sessions and configuration decisions based on client needs.
• Oversee data conversion, integrations, and go‑live activities.
