Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Integration & Support Engineer for a remote contract role. You will support and improve Workday Financials, HCM, Payroll, Planning, and related enterprise systems, partnering with Finance, IT, HR, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include design, build, and troubleshooting of Workday integrations, data mapping, reporting, and security configuration.

Qualifications

Experience designing and supporting Workday integrations across Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Planning.
Hands-on work with Workday reports, security, business processes, and data validation.
Familiarity with EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT.
Strong troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, documentation, and deployment support.
Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and clear stakeholder communication.
Preferred: Workday integration certification or ITIL Foundation; experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, PeopleSoft, or Atlassian.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and support Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
Build and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, PECI, PICOF, WECI, APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, and XPath.
Improve integration reliability, scalability, documentation, and support procedures.
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday incidents, service requests, integration failures, and data issues.
Coordinate releases, enhancements, and changes with stakeholders and change control teams.
Create and troubleshoot Workday reports, calculated fields, security configuration, and data extracts.
