Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Integration & Support Engineer for remote engagement. The role focuses on supporting Workday Financials, HCM, Payroll, and Planning, ensuring reliable operations and delivering system improvements across finance and HR domains.

You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, and vendors to triage incidents, maintain integrations, and implement enhancements that align with business needs. The position offers a contract arrangement with competitive W2 hourly rates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday in a production environment across Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, security, business processes, integrations, and data validation.
• Familiarity with EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, and XSLT.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, PECI, PICOF, WECI, APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, and XPath.
• Improve integration reliability, scalability, documentation, and support procedures.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday incidents, service requests, integration failures, and data issues.
• Coordinate releases, enhancements, and operational changes with stakeholders and change control teams.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, calculated fields, security configuration, and data extracts.
