Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Integration & Support Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations across Financials, HCM, Payroll, and planning modules. You will partner with Finance, IT, HR, vendors, and partners to ensure reliable operations and data integrity.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement, with a focus on production support and timely releases. Remote work option with client-facing collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Workday in production across Financials, HCM, Payroll or Planning.
• Hands-on Workday reports, security, business processes and data validation.
• Familiarity with integration tools and APIs; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and stakeholder communication.
• Technical Workday config, reporting, security, and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and support Workday integrations with internal/external systems.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, XPath.
• Improve integration reliability, scalability, and support procedures.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday incidents and data issues.
• Coordinate releases and changes with stakeholders and change control teams.
• Create and maintain Workday reports, security settings, and data extracts.
• Support migrations, testing, and production deployments.
