Job summary

FoundationCCC is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst, Finance to lead the Workday Finance function with a strong emphasis on Payroll. The position supports a 100% remote setup within California and requires residency in the state.

You will work across Payroll, GAAP close, and internal controls to ensure accurate, scalable financial processes. You’ll partner with Accounting, Payroll, and FP&A teams to optimize Workday configurations, data movements, and reporting, while leading readiness for

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience in Finance, payroll, and close processes.
• Ability to configure and optimize Workday modules to support finance operations.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with reports and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Workday Finance lead, focusing on payroll configurations and tax filings.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Payroll, and FP&A to ensure accurate data movements and reporting.
• Own platform readiness for year-end activities and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HRIS for cross-domain items like worktags and costing allocations.
