Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required
• Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) preferred
• 8+ years IT-related experience (BA/DS, etc.) required
• Experience in Workday Configuration required
• Requirements management tool experience (Azure DevOps or others) preferred
• Lead an Agile/Iterative project team in the business analyst role
• Knowledge of programming languages, PM methods, and app/systems development
• Maintains a working competency of technology stack used in projects
• Strong communication; liaising across disciplines (advanced)
• Advanced analytical/problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Ability to set goals and handle multiple tasks under deadlines
• CRM and change management skills; negotiating and persuasion
• Flexible, proactive, accountable; adapt under pressure
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic SQL query writing and other technical acumen

Responsibilities

• Structured walkthroughs of requirements with business/project team members
• Document client business needs as user stories
• Create business processes and technical diagrams
• Configure changes and lead testing design across teams
• Oversee technical work and translate impact to business
• Grooming sessions with users, developers, IT partners; document stories
• Evaluate new/enhanced solutions and communicate issues
• Create defects/enhancements for the backlog
• Assist in evaluating business requests for feasibility
• Partner with Leads/Analytics to measure technical solutions
