Job summary

CloudRock is seeking a results-driven Workday Presales Consultant to join our US team. You will partner with Sales and Consulting to translate HR strategy into compelling Workday-based solutions, deliver tailored demonstrations, and shape proposals for prospective clients.

You will lead discovery sessions, craft end-to-end storylines, and support RFP responses while staying current on HR processes, market trends, and Workday capabilities across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday HCM in consulting, implementation or presales.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Workday concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand business drivers and HR strategy.
• Prepare and deliver tailored Workday HCM demonstrations addressing client challenges.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals and statements of work.
• Support sales teams with solution strategy, win themes and risk identification.
• Ensure smooth handover to delivery with defined scope and commitments.
• Maintain market insight on Workday capabilities and HR technology trends.
