Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to support a post-go-live Workday environment. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, BAU tickets, enhancements, and timely issue resolution to stabilize and adopt the system.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Workday support, strong experience with EIBs and data loads, and proficiency across Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in a Workday support or post-production role.
• Strong hands-on experience with EIBs and data loads.
• Proficiency in Workday configuration, calculated fields, and complex reports.
• Experience across Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules.
• BAU production support and change-management experience; offshore team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Handle BAU production-support tickets and Workday enhancements.
• Make hands-on configuration changes for Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation.
• Create/modify calculated fields, complex reports, and metrics.
• Perform EIB data loads and complex data integrations.
• Develop and test business processes to meet operational needs.
• Support organizational changes and supervisor structures.
• Advise on how Workday changes should be configured, including effective dating.
• Troubleshoot in sandbox before production deployment.
