Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer on the Enterprise Applications team to design and build integrations and custom Workday Extend apps that enable scalable HR processes. You will partner with People Experience and IT to deliver reliable solutions across HCM, Payroll and Benefits while ensuring high-quality deployment lifecycles.

This fully remote role is open to candidates based in the United States, with preference for Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering end-to-end, medium to large-scale Workday integrations and Extend implementations.
• 7+ years of Workday experience (certification preferred), including 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications (Extend certification preferred).
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.
• Solid knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management) and security configurations.
• Proficiency in web service integrations (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML) and XSLT; Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Comfort with agile or iterative development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions that address business needs and elevate the employee experience.
• Lead integration efforts as the technical liaison, authoring specifications and architecture for global deployment lifecycles.
• Apply depth across Workday HCM, Expense, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, and Absence Management modules with a focus on integration quality.
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions using Workday Integration Toolkit (Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, Workday Studio).
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and iterative refinement.
