Job summary

Zoom Communications, Inc. is seeking a Workday Extend Developer on the Enterprise Applications team. You will design and implement integrations and Extend applications across the Workday HCM ecosystem, collaborating with People Experience and IT to support global operations.

The role is fully remote within the United States, with preference for Pacific or Mountain time zones. You will lead technical design, specifications, and deployments, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions and adherence

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience; certification preferred
• 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications; Extend certification preferred
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
• Strong knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management)
• Proficiency in web service integrations (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML); Python/JavaScript a plus
• Comfort with agile or iterative development methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions addressing business needs
• Lead integration efforts as technical liaison with detailed specifications and designs
• Apply software engineering depth across Workday HCM, Expense, Benefits, and more with focus on integration quality
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions using Workday Integration Toolkit
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement
