Job summary

Alpha Alternatives is seeking an Engagement Manager to own governance and PMO for Workday implementations, coordinating methodology, timelines, scope, budget, and resources across multiple workstreams.

You will serve as primary liaison between client leadership and the implementation team, ensuring readiness, risk mitigation, and timely delivery within a primarily remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing enterprise software deployments, preferably Workday Financials, HCM, or similar cloud transformation programs.
• Strong PMO, project planning, scope control, budget management, risk management, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior project and business leaders.
• Experience coordinating multiple functional and technical workstreams through testing, cutover, and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Drive project governance and lifecycle aligned with Workday implementation methodology.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and change control.
• Develop relationships with client project managers, sponsors, and workstream leads as primary contact.
• Coordinate communications, checkpoints, and QA with Workday teams and Delivery Assurance.
