Premera Blue Cross in the United States seeks an Internal Consultant II to support work transfer readiness, transition planning, governance activities, and change initiatives across Operations and vendor partners.

The role partners with business leaders and operational teams to identify risks, drive readiness activities, and support continuous improvement efforts. A Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in business operations, project coordination, operational readiness, process improvement, consulting, program support, or analytical business functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating and maintaining business process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support work transfer readiness, transition planning, governance activities, and operational change initiatives across Premera Operations and vendor partners.
• Coordinate readiness activities and monitor transition deliverables with status updates.
• Develop reports, summaries, readiness dashboards, and presentations for leadership and project teams.
• Maintain governance documentation, process maps, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigations; coordinate stakeholder meetings.
