Pacific Air Forces seeks a Work/Life Services professional to plan, implement, administer, and counsel units and leadership on personal and family well-being. You will assess needs, develop programs, and provide services to military members, retirees, and DoD civilians and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating with on- and off-site officials, shaping work/life strategies, and marketing services to ensure awareness and accessibility. Telework eligibility is available for this role.

Formación

• Transcripts may be required if education qualifies the position.
• Official transcripts not required at time of application; however, if a degree is required, transcripts must be verified prior to appointment.
• Foreign education must be equivalent to U.S. education and evidence provided when applying.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, implements, administers, and counsels on work/life services for military members and families.
• Assesses needs and provides continuing work/life services within units and the AFRS.
• Develops and manages installation work/life programs with goals, objectives, and procedures.
• Consults with leadership and community officials on work/life issues; designs marketing strategies to inform target populations.

Bachelor's degree or higher
