We are seeking driven individuals, both full-time and part-time, to join as Virtual Life Insurance Agents and/or Sales Managers.

As a Yellowstone Virtual Insurance Agent, you will assist families—especially those who have recently closed or refinanced a home loan—by offering Mortgage Protection Life Insurance policies that cover their home in case of unexpected death or illness, protecting their income. You will have access to our proprietary lead platform, which generates contacts of individuals requesting life insurance reviews.

As an Agent/Sales Manager, you will work with your Manager/Mentor to hire 3-5 independent agents, either full-time or part-time. Qualified Sales Managers can earn daily commissions, plus additional weekly commissions and monthly bonuses based on team performance.

You will maintain client relationships, assess insurance needs, and provide personalized recommendations. If you are self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable insurance agency.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.

Most full-time agents work Monday-Thursday with a three-day weekend, while part-time agents typically work 2-3 evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored insurance recommendations based on individual circumstances.
• Educate clients on policy features, benefits, and limitations.
• Assist with completing applications, collecting documentation, and submitting policies.
• Follow up regularly to review policies, answer questions, and adjust coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms.
