Job summary

Designed Conveyor Systems in the United States seeks a skilled technical support engineer to maintain and troubleshoot complex conveyor and robotics systems using WMS/WCS/WES skills. You will remote into client systems, evaluate Windows and Linux logs, and resolve software/network issues.

You will collaborate with QA and Implementation teams, acting as the primary contact for select sites, with a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of WMS/WCS/WES experience with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear communicator able to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Support complex conveyor and robotics systems using WMS/WES/WCS skills.
• Remote into systems to evaluate Windows/Linux logs and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks.
• Collaborate with QA/Implementation teams and serve as primary contact for select sites.
