Kelly Digital Infrastructure is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support nationwide wireless network build projects for a leading national carrier. You’ll track milestones, manage hard costs, and keep projects on schedule and on budget, coordinating engineering, construction, vendors, and stakeholders.

This role leverages experience with T-Mobile programs and Magenta Built, offering remote flexibility and room to grow toward Project Manager or Program Manager, while maintaining a healthy

Formación

• 2+ years of project coordination or PMO experience in telecom or wireless.
• Prior experience supporting T-Mobile projects, processes, or teams
• Hands-on experience with microwave backhaul projects
• Experience with the Magenta Built program or process
• Experience tracking hard costs for site build or construction projects
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting

Responsabilidades

• 35% Project management and tracking tools (Jira / MS Project / Smartsheet)

• 30% Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
• 30% Milestone and schedule tracking for microwave and site build projects
• 25% Hard cost tracking, budget reporting, and PO/invoice follow-up
• 25% Vendor, contractor, and stakeholder communication
• 20% Documentation, risk, and issue tracking
