Qualifications

• Must have at least 8 years of related experience in engineering support and design.
• Experience managing multi-discipline server and system operation teams.
• Expert-level experience managing service delivery and solutioning.
• Experience leading teams of 30+ personnel in government or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for Windows Server issues and complex problems.
• Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and change requests for Windows Server Tower.
• Lead daily change management meetings with government staff.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive remediation.
• Support deployment of HA/DR and cloud migrations.
