Job summary

Andersen Windows, Inc. is seeking a Remote Installation Project Manager to lead window and door replacement projects from remote measure to installation in Monroeville, PA. You will ensure homeowner delight while aligning with budget and contract details.

Responsibilities include accurate remote measurements, timely job-file submissions, and collaboration with sales and installation crews. A minimum of 5 years in home improvement, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• High School Degree; 5+ years in home improvement or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; win/win problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Valid Driver’s license; driving record subject to DMV review.
• Experience as an RbA IPM or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors from remote location.
• Complete and submit job files accurately and timely; determine labor duration and materials needed.
• Confirm details within the sales contract to align with product features and installation.
• Provide support to sales to define project scope and pricing in contracts.
• Coordinate with Installation crew; give advanced notice of job specifics.
• Troubleshoot on installation day; work with homeowners to resolve issues.
• Provide feedback to sales when a job goes on hold and resolve questions quickly.
• Approve additional installation labor as needed; direct crews on job specifics.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor; supervise crew during installation.
