Job summary

Andersen Corporation is hiring an Installer III in Monroeville, PA to perform basic window and door installations and ensure safety on each jobsite. The role requires drywall and finishing skills, adherence to Renewal standards, and proactive problem solving on site.

The successful candidate will handle insulation, water management, and proper opening preparation, while coordinating with teammates to maintain efficiency and uphold OSHA safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• Window and door installation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction.

Responsibilities

• Install basic window and door products per Renewal standards and productivity expectations.
• Properly install insulation types (spray foam, fiberglass).
• Manage water and flashing, ensure correct shingling.
• Prepare openings for installation (L flange, sill, sealing, anchoring).
• Set up and tear down jobsite safely and efficiently.
• Identify hazards on site and address them before work begins.
• Collaborate with other installers to maximize efficiency on projects.
• Ability to set basic product styles (double gliding, casement, etc.).
• Maintain company vehicle per Fleet Policy and safety guidelines.
• Attend and arrive on time; perform other duties as assigned; assist with warehouse tasks.
• Support for minor service calls and renewal safety training adherence.
• Provide direction and training to Install I & II as needed.
