Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Windchill Functional Consultant to join a global team delivering PLM solutions across industries. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, design Windchill modules, and support adoption with stakeholders.

You will translate needs into Windchill designs, demonstrations for business users, and manage change with UAT, training, and hypercare support. A strong background in PLM concepts, PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and BOM management is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Windchill PLM.
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts.
• Product Data Management (PDM).
• Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR).
• Product Structure/BOM Management.
• Document Control and Compliance Processes.
• Defining NPD (New product development) process.
• Windchill Expertise.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements.
