Job summary

Ziply Fiber, a Kirkland, WA‑based ISP, seeks a Manager, Wholesale Order to lead wholesale accounts and order management, ensuring top-tier service and efficient processing for strategic partners. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, and executives to align strategies, oversee ASR/LSR orders, and drive continuous improvement, compliance, and retention.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer service or account management environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
Experience supporting wholesale-level or strategic customer accounts.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for wholesale account and order management teams.
Monitor KPIs and drive accountability for results.
Manage workload, staffing, and resource planning to meet demand and service levels.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues.
Oversee order operations and interface with customers on status and updates.
