Qualifications
- Minimum three years of mortgage lending experience.
- Experience training external users on mortgage systems.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Train and support broker partners on TPO Connect functions.
- Onboard new partners and provide ongoing training on processes.
- Develop and maintain partner training materials and checklists.
- Assist with partner setup, activation, and loan submission readiness.
- Provide ongoing support to partners during registration and submission.
- Review initial loan submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams and communicate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support partner needs.
