Job summary

Semperis is seeking a SLED Regional Seller to join our security sales team. This is an Individual Contributor role based remotely for West Coast markets, focusing on net new SLED clients and strategic opportunity development.

You will drive deals from discovery through close, engaging CxO level stakeholders and building lasting relationships with state, local government, and education sectors. The role requires a proven quota track record and strong consulting-style selling skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of SLED sales experience.
10+ years of solution selling experience with software/security products.
Knowledge of SLED procurement processes.
Hunter mentality focused on driving new logos.
Track record of closing seven-figure transactions.
History of exceeding software sales quotas through consultative selling.

Responsibilities

Take Semperis’ product capabilities and value to net new SLED clients (State & Local Government, K-12, Higher Education).
Connect solutions to customer business needs and help partners and clients minimize threat landscape.
Build champions, develop executive contacts, and manage campaigns from start to finish.
Be extremely results-driven, customer-focused, and able to travel up to 25% on short notice.
Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development to drive engagement.
Sell using MEDDPIC and Salesforce to manage complex deals.
