Job summary

Yelp is seeking a results-oriented Outbound Sales Manager to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling Yelp’s advertising solutions to small businesses across the U.S. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, development, and achieving revenue targets.

You will manage 10–15 Account Executives, drive high-velocity outbound activity, review calls, and lift close rates while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years managing inside sales in high-volume outbound environment.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM.
• Proven success leading teams with high activity and quota achievement.
• Strong coaching skills and focus on career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 10–15 Account Executives in high-volume outbound selling.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s.
• Foster inclusive, high-performance culture centered on accountability.
• Lead team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins.
• Analyze metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue.
• Communicate Yelp products, pricing, and policies clearly to clients.
• Utilize Chatbench for research, drafting proposals, and data analysis.
