Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales to lead a high-volume, remote-first team across the US. You will coach, develop, and inspire 10–15 Account Executives to exceed KPIs and revenue targets through consultative selling and structured coaching.

Responsibilities include daily outbound activity, call reviews, and data-driven improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and clear communication of Yelp’s products and pricing to SMB clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years developing inside sales teams in high-volume outbound environments.
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs; Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Proven success leading teams with high activity and quota achievement.
• Strong coaching/mentoring and growth mindset.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Comfortable in fast-paced remote-first environment.
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years customer-facing experience with HS diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, live shadowing, and 1:1s to improve skills and close rates.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance team culture focused on accountability and growth.
• Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins to drive engagement and results.
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue.
• Communicate Yelp products, pricing, and policies clearly to prospects.
• Utilize Chatbench to research, draft proposals, analyze data and overcome objections.
