Job summary

Yelp is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-volume sales team selling advertising solutions to SMBs across the U.S. This remote-first role requires residing in the Western Region of the United States.

You’ll coach, develop, and motivate your team to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets. You’ll leverage Salesforce CRM, guide daily outbound activity, and provide hands-on coaching to improve close rates.

Qualifications

• Experience building/guiding high-performing outbound sales teams.
• Proven success in cold calling with quota achievement.
• Strong coaching/mentoring to develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPI attainment.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, shadowing, and 1:1s.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and performance check-ins.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
• Ensure clear communication of Yelp products, pricing, and policies.
• Utilize Chatbench for research, proposals, and data analysis.
