Job summary

Yelp is seeking a Sales Manager for SMB Outbound Sales to lead a remote, West Coast-based team. You will coach 10-15 Account Executives, drive outbound activity, and optimize performance to hit monthly revenue targets.

This is a remote-first, leadership role with a focus on coaching, data-driven decisions, and quota attainment. The role requires experience managing high-volume outbound sales, selling digital SMB advertising, and leveraging Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in high-volume outbound environment.
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide hands-on coaching through call reviews, live shadowing, and 1:1s to improve close rates.
