Job summary

Eaton’s US West Coast Digital Solutions Sales Specialist role is a remote opportunity, based around major West Coast cities including Los Angeles, Denver, Wilsonville, and other western hubs. You’ll drive growth for Eaton's digital solutions portfolio with utility customers, leading strategic account development across a large territory.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years selling utility solutions and 3+ years in utility tech (software, OT, DERMS, analytics).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in selling solutions to utilities.
• Three (3+) years of experience selling utility technology, automation, software, digital, grid modernization, SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, analytics, or related solutions to utility customers.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of listed cities to be considered.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans for Eaton's digital solutions portfolio within assigned utility accounts.
• Identify customer challenges and align Eaton's digital solutions to address needs.
• Build relationships with executive and technical stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Lead opportunity development across Eaton's digital solutions offerings.
• Collaborate with product specialists, engineering teams, and regional sales resources to deliver integrated solutions.
• Review RFPs and guide procurement process.
• Maintain a robust sales funnel in Eaton CRM tools.
• Engage manufacturer reps and channel partners to win opportunities in a large territory.
