Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a wellness program professional to lead population health initiatives across the facility and community in Pennsylvania. The role involves developing on-site programs, coordinating screenings, fitness classes and evidence-based activities.

You will design, implement and evaluate programs, report outcomes to stakeholders, and collaborate with Health Services, Marketing, IT and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience required.
• Strong computer literacy and interpersonal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Resides in Lackawanna, Luzerne, or surrounding county and supports on-site programs and community initiatives.
• Develops programs ensuring competencies, training, reporting and documentation requirements.
• Supports regional teams, operations, and design/implementation of new programs and services.
• Develops and implements tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the wellness program and manages outcomes.
• Reports program participation and outcomes to stakeholders.
