Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the interdepartmental planning, facilitation, and onboarding of Health Plan initiatives in a work-from-home setup in Pennsylvania. You will engage senior executives, allocate resources, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

This role requires seven years of relevant experience, strong communication, risk management, and the ability to report performance metrics and benefits realization

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in related roles.
• Strong program/project management and cross‑department coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project team, defines scope, objectives, timeframe and budget.
• Manages project risks and contingency plans; pro‑actively identifies changes.
• Engages stakeholders; distributes status updates and communicates progress.
• Monitors profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, invoicing and collections.
