Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher or Bachelor's with 2+ years' direct ID/autism experience.
• Associate degree with 4+ years' direct ID/autism experience.
• High school diploma with 6 years' direct ID/autism experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating health programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Health and Safety: ensure well‑being of individuals across programs.
• Coordinate Medical Care: schedule and oversee medical appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain Homelike Environment: ensure residences are safe and personalized.
• Supervise and Lead Staff: coach DSPs and handle conflict resolution.
• Timely Reporting: keep reports and assessments current and compliant.
• Develop Supportive Teams: form teams to support individuals at home and in the community.
• Provide Training and Modeling: train staff on support strategies.
• Delegate Responsibilities: assign roles to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to Legal Standards: comply with 6100, 6400, 6500 PA regulations.
• Conduct Team Meetings: monthly Circle meetings to support goals.
