This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insights and commercial execution, ensuring wellness solutions are impactful and commercially viable across segments and distribution channels. The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and commute to a hub location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, commercial product roles, wellness, employee benefits, healthcare.
• Experience designing, managing, or evolving products and solutions that integrate multiple modalities to deliver cohesive customer outcomes.
• Skilled at using quantitative and qualitative insights to connect market needs, customer insight, and business priorities to product direction.

Responsibilities

• Shape wellness product strategy: develop recommendations influencing portfolio investments, roadmap priorities, and growth strategy.
• Drive cross-functional product development & execution: partner with Sales, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, Product and related stakeholders.
• Lead market & customer insight integration: gather voice-of-customer, field, and stakeholder feedback to inform product priorities.
• Support market positioning & field enablement: define wellness value propositions and create market-facing materials.
• Maintain product performance insights & portfolio roadmap: track KPIs and advise on enhancements, optimization, and lifecycle decisions.
