Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a CWI Remote Operations Professional to remotely coordinate well site operations from a remote hub in the US. You will guide real-time work execution, monitor tool performance, and ensure adherence to contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Analytical problem solving and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time well site activities from a remote hub.
• Provide real-time work instructions to Regions and Field Specialists.
• Monitor tool performance and ensure compliance with customer contracts.
• Prepare Post-Job reports and capture lessons learned.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
