Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Supervisor - LWD/MWD to lead operations at customer drilling sites, delivering real-time measurements and formation evaluation data. You will supervise equipment and processes, ensure safety, and drive service quality across drilling campaigns.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong technical and leadership abilities, with experience in LWD/MWD operations and downhole tool troubleshooting in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience with LWD and/or MWD operations.
• Experience troubleshooting downhole tools and telemetry systems.
• Strong technical and leadership skills in a drilling environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Develop proficiency in LWD/MWD service delivery.
• Provide complex solutions in challenging drilling and formation evaluation environments.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate drilling data to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Supervise rig-up, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LWD/MWD systems and surface equipment.
• Ensure data quality, operational efficiency, and service delivery excellence throughout drilling operations.
