Americor is seeking a part-time Welcome Call Coordinator for remote work in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, explaining services, and directing calls to the right departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow call center scripts to ensure accurate, consistent responses across various client topics.
• Update the CRM with detailed conversation notes to maintain a thorough client history.
• Support Debt Consultants during the client enrollment process to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
• Adhere to all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines to uphold service quality and compliance standards.
• Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals to drive overall success.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support the team and enhance the customer experience.
