Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking part-time, independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Massachusetts during evenings and weekends. You must hold MA licensure (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) and be able to practice remotely.

Compensation is fee-for-service with potential bonuses, up to $46,200 annually, based on licensure level and session volume. This remote, W2-friendly position offers credentialing and scheduling support, plus opportunities for professional development within Thriveworks’

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in MA (without supervision).
• Comfortable conducting sessions via telehealth.
• Knowledge of state telehealth policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to participants.
• Develop treatment plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to improve processes.
• Support outreach and marketing efforts for Synchronous Health’s services.
• Escalate participant concerns as needed and maintain client relationships.
