Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients across Massachusetts. Independently licensed LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD and MA residents are eligible to apply.

The role offers a flexible schedule with ample weekly availability, paid orientation, and administrative support including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing. Up to $66,500 based on licensure type and volume.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Massachusetts: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Able to provide minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children.
• Dedicated to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable with telehealth technology and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to MA clients.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Collaborate with a clinical community and utilize telehealth and EHR tools.
