Thriveworks is actively looking for Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Massachusetts. This role requires clinicians to be licensed and residing in Massachusetts.

The position offers a Fee for Service (W2) structure with total compensation up to $31,000, including bonuses based on session volume. The job includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for paid clinical supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a valid clinical license in Massachusetts.
• Willingness to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
• Open to seeing couples and/or children.

Skills

LICSW or LMFT or LMHC

Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
