Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Massachusetts. You’ll join a clinician-led, nationwide network with robust support including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and paid orientation.

The role offers flexible schedules seven days a week 7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET, potential for full caseload within 90 days, and opportunities for supervision in select states. Thriveworks is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or PhD).
• Available for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours weekly.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth.
• Maintain progress notes and client outcomes in EHR.
• Collaborate with a clinical community to support clients.
