Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring part-time, independently licensed clinicians to provide remote weekend and evening telehealth sessions in Massachusetts. Must hold a MA license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) and be able to practice without supervision.

You will join a supportive clinical team, manage notes and treatment plans, and participate in team meetings. Compensation is fee-for-service, with benefits typical of a W2 environment and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
• Experience with telehealth and treating a variety of conditions within a treatment plan.
• Ability to work remotely in a private, secure location; pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekend/evening telehealth sessions with MA clients.
• Complete notes, treatment plans, and required documentation.
• Participate in weekly synchronous Health team meetings and escalation processes.
• Support outreach materials and collaboration with operations, clinical teams, and success partners.
