Job summary

Thriveworks is a mental health care company expanding its telehealth services in Massachusetts. We are seeking provisionally licensed LMHC clinicians pursuing Massachusetts State Licensure to provide remote sessions across the state.

A ramp stipend is available for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week, with support including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training. Clinicians will work as W2 employees with benefits such as health coverage, PTO, student loan repayment assistance, and

Qualifications

• Must be seeking independent licensure and living in Massachusetts.
• Willing to travel to meet assigned Supervisor in person for the initial supervision session.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Graduate or Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling to clients.
• Meet with Supervisor in person for initial supervision session.
• Develop a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Conduct intakes and DSM-5 based assessments under supervision when applicable.
