Job summary

Vasion, Inc. is seeking a Web Operations Manager to serve as the operational engine of the web team. You will turn business requests into shipped pages, manage the CMS day-to-day, and drive the team’s cadence from standups to retros. Collaboration with developers, UX/UI designers, and regional marketing is essential.

You will own intake, governance over templates, and ensure accessibility and performance. This role supports localization and multi-region site execution with marketing partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web operations, digital production, web project management, or related field.
• Strong requirements-gathering skills to translate ambiguities into actionable specs.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS to scope requests and communicate with engineers.
• Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals and CRO concepts at execution level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and publish webpages and landing pages in the CMS using templates.
• Own intake for web requests and turn business asks into clear specs.
• Determine execution path: in-scope delivery or scope to a teammate.
• Maintain templates, components, and design-system governance across the site.
• Coordinate QA, cross-browser testing, and releases with the dev team.
